Terminating Your Program

For an Example Click here

When you cease to home educate one or more of your children, either because they will be attending another education program, you are moving from the county, or your child has "graduated" from your homeschooling program, you must submit a letter of termination to the county office. A notice of termination should contain the same information as your letter of intent and should be mailed to the same current county office address.
This is the most often failed requirement by homeschoolers.

    REMEMBER:

    1. terminate if you move out of the county
    2. terminate if you complete your home school program (graduate)
    3. terminate if you place your child in public, private, parochial school.
